Age : The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must have not attained the age of 35 years 
as on last date of online submission of Application.

Remuneration/Salary : Selected Candidates will be initially engaged as "Probationer Trainee" for a period of 
two years and during the period of Probation Training they will be paid fixed remuneration @ Rs. 10,000/- 
per month. After successful completion of probation training period, they will be fixed in the Running Pay Band 
of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs. 3200/-
Selection Procedure : A written competitive examination comprising of objective type questions shall be conducted.
 The standard and syllabus of the examination will be of the level of Graduation Degree in Engineering (Electrical/
Mechanical/Civil/PLCC/C&I/Fire Fighting). The medium of the written examination will be 'English' only.

1. Apply a thin coat of castor oil on the eyelashes and eyebrows every night. It strengthens eye lashes and cools the eyes.

2. To reduce puffiness of your eyes, Crush a cucumber and take the juice. Add a little rose water and apply around the eyes and wash it after 20 minutes.

3. Immerse wads of cotton in a cooled mixture of cucumber and potato juice. Keep this on your eyelids for 15 to 20 minutes and gently wash it off. Apply a little baby oil. Put sliced cucumber over your eyes to treat dark circles. 

4. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables like carrots, drumstick, spinach, papaya and mangoes. All these are rich in beta carotene which helps to have healthy eyes.

5. Take adequate rest. Rest will refresh the eyes and help them work more efficiently.

6. Exercise regularly to improve blood circulation. Only then your eyes are sure to receive enough oxygen for good performance.

7. Regularly apply oil mixed in glycerin to your eye lashes and eye brows to keep them dense and dark.

8. Always use sunglasses during the peak day time to protect your eyes from sunrays. Direct sunrays cause heavy damage to eyes.

9. Put a slice of potato or cucumber on both the eyes, after 10 minutes remove and wash the eyes. This helps to avoid eye wrinkles and dark circles around the eyes.

10. To avoid any kind of puffiness in your eyes drink minimum 12 glasses of water.Drinking lots of water helps to flush out waste from the body.

11. Do not rub your eyes for any reason but instead just blink your eyelids. Blinking is a good massageand exercise to the eyes.

12. Take a vitamin diet to make eyes brighter. (papaya, eggs, fish, milk, cilantro etc.,) Wash eyes with cold water to get sparkling eyes.

13. Soak amla overnight in water and use this water the next morning to wash the eyes.

14. Soak cotton in Luke warm milk and cover eyes with it for 15 min.

15. To soothe tired eyes, dip cotton pads in chilled milk and place it on closed eyes for 10 minutes. Now relax completely.

16. To completely relax the eyes and the surrounding muscles, close your eyes and think of something that is pleasant or soothing at a distance. Now gently open your eyes and look into the distance. Next focus is on an object at arm's length. Do this extremely relaxing exercise four or five times a day.

17. For Puffy Eyes: Grate a potato with its peel and apply on your closed eyelids for about 20 minutes and relax completely. You may even take a nap.

18. Wash your face and ensure that there is no make-up on your face before you sleep, because, make-up creams may spoil your face as it will be there for the whole night. It is better if no cream is applied. What I feel is, wash your face before sleeping and if at all you want to apply any cream, just apply night cream and none other than that.

1. TOMATO MASK: For oily skin, mash up a ripe tomato and wait on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with hot (not so hot) water. 

2. BANANA MASH: Mash up a very ripe banana. Add honey, as much required to make a soft pulp. Apply on your face and hair. This is such a great firming mask that aging movie stars have been identified to put it in the cups of their bras to make their breasts "perky." (Just check that you don't use too much honey and you use a sturdy bra.) 

3. HONEY MASK: Apply uncontaminated honey (straight from the bottle) to your face and your neckline. Allow it to locate until dry (about 15 minutes). Rinse with very temperate hot water. 

4. APPLE MASK: Peel two apples and make a paste with adding one table spoon of honey now apply it on the face and Wash it with cold water after 20 minutes.

5. SCRUB FOR OILY SKIN: This scrub help you to get rid of your dirt and the superficial dead skin. This scrub should be used more than once in a week. Never try this scrub on dry skin. Take two teaspoon of fine bran with a quarter of dried yeast and one teaspoon of lemon juice along with a table spoon of water. Gently massage the thick paste so formed in the skin, especially on and around the nose and chin area. Don't apply around the eyes. Wash it after 1-2 minutes using warm water.

6. FOR BLACK SPOT:
1. Make a mixture of mehndi and oil and apply it on the face.
2. Make a paste of 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and glycerin and apply it on the spots.
3. Make a mixture of turmeric and curry leaves and apply on the face and wash it after 15 minutes.
4. Grind dried basil leaf, neem and mint (100 gm each). Add some turmeric powder and rose water to make it a paste and apply it on the spots.
5. Grind betel leaf and add a little coconut oil and apply it on the spots.
6.Soak a chapatti in milk overnight. Make it into a paste, apply it on black head. and continue it for several days.
7. Make a paste of saffron and add some honey now apply it on the face to remove your black spots.
8. For removing black spots, apply a paste of turmeric and basil.
9. To remove wrinkles on the face, apply a mixture of sandalwood powder, rosewater and glycerin. After some time Wash it with cold water.

Remedies for Oily Skin

skincare tipsIf you have oily skin and you'd like to carry out something about this condition, here are few good tips for you: 

1. To take care for oily skin you should beginwith a gentle, foaming facial wash. This will remove dirt and oil without taking away moisture.

2. You should cleanse only two or three times at the very most with a product suited to your skin type. Washing more often will simply strip the skin of oil which cleanly stimulates the oil glands to replace it. 

3. Rinse carefully and then finish off with a toner/astringent on the oily areas of your skin. The astringent can be used all over the day to help control the excess oil. 

4. Make a puree of fresh tomatoes and apply to the skin.

5. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice, half teaspoon of honey, white egg and fuller's earth or brewer's yeast powder. Make it into a paste and apply. Remove it after 20 minutes with normal water.

6. To stop the problem of your makeup becoming patchy either on the forehead, chin or nose due to excessive oiliness in these areas, apply a little cucumber juice on the excessively oily parts of your face, dry thoroughly and then apply your makeup.

7. Mix one tablespoon yoghurt with fuller's earth and apply. Yoghurt itself can be applied to the face. It helps to soften the skin and restores the natural acid mantle.

8. If your skin is excessively oily, mix in a few drops of eau de cologne. This not only helps keep oiliness away but also helps in refining the pores of the skin by acting as astringent, thereby preventing acne.

9. Papaya has a cleansing action, softening dead skin cells and aiding their removal. So make a pulp of raw papaya and apply.

10. Keep a bowl of water in the fridge and splash this cold water 3-4 times a day. Cold water will not only make feel refreshed but will also tighten the pores.

11. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. Water helps flush out toxins from the body.

12. Use an exfoliant twice a week. These skin scrub products contain little granules that, when used with a small brush, provide deep cleansing.

13. Follow up the cleanser with an astringent as this will remove all excess oil.

14. Never rub your cheeks against anything nor let them be pressed or pinched.

15. Never try to pluck out your pimples. If you do so they will leave a mark on the skin.

16. Try to be always happy and cheerful. In fact it is medically advisable to laugh daily for about 10 minutes not only for your cheek's up-keep, but even for your normal health.

17. Don't use any artificial coloring material like rouge etc. to make your cheeks acquire rosy hue. The best way to do so is to mix a few fresh rose leaves in raw milk and make them into the paste form. Then add a little honey to the paste and apply on your cheeks every morning for 5 minutes. Then rinse it off.
